Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a sale is confirmed.
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a reservation or purchase of a vehicle. Any reservation or holding deposit, if offered, will be subject to specific terms communicated at the time. A binding sales agreement is formed only once all required documents are signed and payment terms are agreed.
All payments are made directly to Apex Auto Traders using approved payment methods. Vehicle collection or delivery arrangements will be agreed upon at the time of sale. Ownership of the vehicle transfers only after full payment has been received and cleared.
Cancellation rights may vary depending on whether the purchase is made on-site or remotely. Deposits may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Any refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to any part of it. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw website content at any time without notice.
